Encourage your audience to give you feedback with panel rewards

Every company needs feedback from their audience in order to improve, but getting that feedback is often easier said than done. Many people will be reluctant to spare their time to complete surveys and questionnaires because they will be busy, and the survey may not interest them. There are, however, several ways in which you can persuade more people to give you feedback.

First of all, you should make sure everyone who sees the survey knows exactly what it is about, how long it will take and what is going to be done with their answers. If they know that it is not going to take up too much time and their answers will be used to improve the service they receive, they are likely to spare a few moments to help you out. If you don’t make any of this clear, they won’t see the point in filling out the survey and will skip past it.

Ovation Incentives

If people still don’t want to fill in the survey because it is too long or the questions are too complex, you may find that offering survey incentives can help. These incentives can be anything from prize draws to gift vouchers and discounts, and they are a great help in encouraging more people to give feedback.

When choosing the panel rewards or incentives you are going to offer, you need to make sure you’re giving away something you can afford to. This may mean you can only give the reward to a certain number of people, such as the first hundred who complete the survey. This can sometimes be helpful because it will give people a sense of urgency and they’ll be more willing to complete it when they see it rather than putting it off and forgetting about it.

If you need any help thinking of a survey incentives scheme, or you just want to take a look at some ways of implementing it and offering rewards, you can take a look at the Ovation website. There are a lot of Ovation rewards schemes to choose from and it’s a great way to get inspiration for your own.
